Binaural Lab
Two sine tones, one in each ear, a few hertz apart. Your brain hears the difference as a slow pulse that is not in either ear. One preset from the lab, one minute, headphones on.

Headphones required. Each tone has to reach its own ear. Through speakers the two mix in the air and there is no beat.
Not for driving or operating machines. Keep the volume moderate and stop if you feel discomfort, headache, dizziness or anxiety. If you have a history of seizures or are sensitive to rhythmic stimuli, ask a professional first.
Nineteen presets, your own numbers
The full lab has 19 presets across five brainwave bands, 14 carrier frequencies, a custom beat override, fades up to 30 seconds, timers up to eight hours and tips per band. It comes with a conversation.
